SBC Managing Director, Simon Mumby, has over 30 years experience in the hospitality, leisure and entertainment industries. He has consulted to, and worked with, Clubs, Theatres, Restaurants, Hotels, Sporting Organisations and Events Companies in a scope of capacities including administration, operations, catering, marketing, human resources, promotion & advertising.

Simon has implemented and overseen “concept to creation” projects, managed contract catering operations, conducted staff training and industry education programs, devised and implemented theatre and entertainment concepts including the operation, growth and diversification of one of Australia’s largest and most successful entertainment/catering entities.
